Vitamin B12 is crucial for the normal development and functioning of the nervous system.

- If you are older, than 50 years old, as age is a factor which lowers the capability of an organism to produce vitamin B12 from food. If you feel the lack of energy, constant tiredness and your memory and concentration levels decrease, then most probably your body shows you the signs of the lack of vitamin B12.
- If you use alcohol regularly. It is a well-know fact that alcohol damages our liver functions, and our liver plays an important part in storing Vitamin B12. If you ruin your liver, you ruin vitamin B12 supplies in your body. No compromise over it.
